About The Author

Miranda Kenneally

Growing up in Tennessee, Miranda Kenneally dreamed of becoming an Atlanta Brave, a country singer (cliché!), or a UN interpreter. Instead she writes, and works for the State Department in Washington, D.C., where George W. Bush once used her shoulder as an armrest.

Miranda Kenneally enjoys reading and writing young adult literature, and loves Star Trek, music, sports, Mexican food, Twitter, coffee, and her husband.
Random fact: her birthday is April 29, one day after mine ;)

Q: Are your characters based on anyone you know in real life?

A: “Nope! But you know that scene in CATCHING JORDAN where Jordan and Henry raise the fake baby for home ec class? We had to do that at my junior high. I found it so funny that the big buff football players had to take care of fake babies!”
